Na zaproszenie Instytutu Sportów Walki i Samoobrony VATAHA, będzie gościł w Polsce już po raz piąty, jeden z lepszych instruktorów treningu przekrojowego na świecie – Rick Young. Poprowadzi dwudniowe seminarium z zakresu MuayThai, Submission Wrestling, Mixed Martial Arts oraz Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.

17 marca (sobota): 10.00-12.00 oraz 14.00-16.00
18 marca (niedziela): 10.00-12.00 oraz 13.00-15.00
Koszt seminarium: 200 zł

do 10 lutego 100 zł – jest to zarazem rezerwacja miejsca,
do 5 marca kolejne 100 zł
